Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination.
  • Expedited and international shipping options are available at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

Tracking & Insurance

  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipments over $25.
  • Orders over $50 will include insurance to protect against loss or damage.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns on trading cards. However, if you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
